Saanich Peninsula Literacy is offering families FREE self-guided StoryWalks between 10-2pm in Central Saanich, Sidney and North Saanich this summer!
A StoryWalk® is an innovative way for families to enjoy stories in the outdoors. As you stroll along the path, you visit each page and enjoy the story in nature, with your family. Visitors have the option to scan QR codes for each story and be guided along. This will be a safe, socially distancing appropriate activity based on the current BC Health Guidelines.
We will be handing out Family Literacy Packs to families for the first hour of each StoryWalk. Family Literacy Packs include a gently-loved book, craft supplies, local resources and activity sheets. We hope you can get outside this summer to read, walk and play!
